Meet Kevin Reimer

Kevin Reimer is a former principal and an award-winning school leader who served as both the President and Executive Director of the BC Principals’ and Vice-Principals’ Association. With over 30 years of experience in public education, Kevin has coached school leaders both across Canada and internationally, combining practical insights with reflective practices and metaphor-driven leadership.
He is also the founder of How to Principal, a leadership platform designed to support principals and vice-principals in navigating the real challenges of school leadership.
